  • Le wassa-wassa est un produit roulé à base de farine de cossette d’igname très consommé au Nord-Bénin. Son roulage est très pénible. Pour lever cette contrainte, un rouleur a été mis au point par la recherche afin de faciliter le roulage. La farine de cossette d’igname de la variété "Kokoro" a été utilisée.   • Wassa-wassa is a traditional granulated product derived from yam chip flour. It’s very consumed in the north of Benin. Granulation is the most difficult operation in the processing of this product. To alleviate this operation, the research has developed a granulator to facilitate the granulation of the product.
