- Bien que l'état ivoirien ait consenti d'énormes sacrifices à l'essor de la riziculture, celle-ci s'avère incapable de satisfaire les besoins nationaux; cela à cause des incohérences des politiques rizicoles et d'une mauvaise appréciation des véritables potentiels rizicoles de la Côte d'Ivoire. - Although the Ivorian state has made huge sacrifices to the growth of rice, it is unable to meet national needs; this because of the inconsistencies of rice policy and a misapprehension of the true potential rice in Côte d'Ivoire.
