- L’an 2005, le 26 mai, s’est tenue, dans la salle de réunion de la Chambre d’Agriculture du Bénin, l’assemblée générale du Réseau national pour l’agriculture urbaine. L’ordre du jour de l’assemblée générale s’établissait comme suit :
1. Bilan des activités conduites à Cotonou
2. Vie du Réseau national du Bénin : problèmes et difficultés
3. Dispositions organisationnelles pour la relance du réseau
4. Questions diverses
L’assemblée générale a vu la présence de vingt neuf (29) participants représentant les ONG, la Mairie de Cotonou, les directions techniques des Ministères en charge de l’agriculture et de la pêche, les producteurs, l’Université, les institutions de recherche, etc. Les travaux ont été présidés par Monsieur Mamadou Chabi, le Président de la Chambre ; ils ont été conduits par Monsieur Oumar Cissé, le Secrétaire Exécutif de l’IAGU.

- The year 2005, May 26, was held in the meeting room of the Chamber of Agriculture of Benin, the General Assembly of the National Network for Urban Agriculture. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
1. Summary of activities conducted in Cotonou
2. Life of the National Network of Benin: problems and challenges
3. Organizational arrangements for the recovery of the network
4. various issues
The meeting was attended by twenty-nine (29) participants representing NGOs, the Mayor of Cotonou, the technical departments of the Ministries in charge of agriculture and fisheries producers, university institutions research, etc.. The conference was chaired by Mr. Mamadou Chabi, the Speaker of the House, they were led by Mr. Oumar Cissé, Executive Secretary of the AIUM.
