- l'obJectif de toute entreprise à but lucratif est de produire à moindre coût. Dans le cas du fabricant de café moulu IVOIRE TORREFACTION, la gestion rationnelle de l'utilisation de ses ressources est l'une de ses préoccupations majeures. L'étude que nous avons menée a consisté à analyser le processus de fabrication du café moulu. Cela nous a permis de déceler des temps supplémentaire, des pertes de café moulu et d'emballage au moulin et à l'atelier torréfaction et enfin un coût d'entretien élevé au moulin. La recherche des causes de ces pertes a révélé des problèmes d'organisation, de planification de la production, de formation du personnel, de maintenance etc. Par conséquent, nous avons faits des recommandations visant à améliorer le coût de production.
- English abstract
- The objective of all for profit enterprise is to produce to least cost. In the case of the ground coffee manufacturer IVORY TORREFACTION, the rational management of the use of its resources is one of its major preoccupations. The survey that we led consisted in analyzing the process of manufacture of the ground coffee. lt permitted us to disco ver supplementary times, losses of ground coffee and packing to the mill and to the shops torrefaction and finally an elevated maintenance cost to the mill. The research of the reasons of these losses revealed problems of organization, of scheduling of the production, of formation of the staff, ofmaintenance etc. therefore we made the recommendations aiming to improve the cost of
production.
