    lnstallé sur une superficie de 100.000 Ha, Le Ranch entretient 22.000 tête de bétail de race améliorée
    - Diffusion en 1996 de 130 taureaux, 1000 génisses, 2000 taurillons
    - Mise en place des programmes de vulgarisation ;
    - installation de 21 jeunes au niveau des fermes agro-pastorales ;
    - Formation de 278 éleveurs.
    Le projet a atteint ses objectifs techniques en ce qui concerne le cheptel N'Dama. en
    outre, la commercialisation des produits du ranch connait une évolution positive. liée en
    grande partie à L'amélioration de L'environnement économique général du pays Par
    ailleurs,'on note l'avancement du programme d'installation des fermes agro-pastorales
    (FAP) avec la création de 21 FAP
    Les études sur la privatisation du ranch ont abouti à son maintien dans le patrimoine de
    L'État et à la création d'une société d'économie mixte chargée de la gestion du ranch avec une participation des éleveurs.
