  • Ce projet vient consolider les acquis de la première phase (augmentation de la production vivrière). Mieux, il vise à améliorer les conditions de vie des paysans pauvres par un accroissement de leurs revenus. Le projet accorde aussi la priorité à l'appui aux organisations de jeunes ruraux et des femmes.
