  • Au terme de cette communication, il nous semble que pour "rendre le marché régional transparent et accroître les échanges céréaliers" quelques axes prioritaires se dessinent:
    - il est nécessaire dans un premier temps de se focaliser sur l'amélioration de la collecte de quelques données, en particulier les prix et les quantités disponibles sur les marchés;
    - l'information à construire doit être synthétique et conjoncturelle plutôt que sous forme de volumineux rapports rétrospectifs;
    - les échanges d'information se feront davantage sous une forme éclatée entre acteurs économiques de même nature. L'échange d'information via une instance régionale voir nationale risque d'allonger les détails de transmission. Toutefois, il n'y aura transmission d'informations que s'il y a véritablement échanges, c'est à dire que ceux qui fournissent de l'information en reçoivent également. Cela devrait poser d'autant moins de problèmes que les producteurs et les utilisateurs de données sont souvent les mêmes institutions. Cette circulation de l'information entre acteurs économiques ou institutions ne se fera pas nécessairement d'elle même. Il faudra trouver un moyen au niveau de chaque pays pour stimuler les échanges d'informations.
    - la circulation de l'information tant au plan national que bilatéral et régional nécessite une totale transparence de celle-ci. Cette transparence peut-être favorisée par la tendance actuelle à davantage de démocratie.
    - la coordination des différentes sources d'informations est indispensable pour éclairer les utilisateurs.
    - la pérennisation et l'harmonisation des méthodes nécessite un effo
