  • Des essais de culture in vitro des formes sanguines de 3 souches (CP 81, Ruko 15 et Ruko 21) de Trypanosoma congolense ont été menés sur 20 milieux de culture pendant 3 mois à 37 °C et 5 % CO2.   • In vitro cultivation attempts were made with three strains (CP 81, Ruko 15 and Ruko 21) bloodstream forms of Trypanosoma congolense tested in twenty media during three months at 37° C with 5 % CO2. The strain CP 81 was previously maintained in vitro and cryopreserved during six years. Strains Ruko 15 and Ruko 21 were collected from tsetse flies which had taken their blood meal on wildlife in natural park of Rekomitje (Zimbabwe).
