  • Appui du PSAOP vise à renforcer la capacité des institutions de recherche en se basant sur la recherche stratégique. Ce projet développe la recherche appliquée à travers un programme de recherche sur Base Compétitive qui devra au bout d'un délai relativement court apporter des réponses à certaines contraintes des producteurs en milieu rural.

  • Support of the PSAOP aims at reinforcing the capacity of the institutions of research while being based on strategic research. This project develops the applied research through a research program on Competitive Base which will have at the end of a relatively short time to give answers to certain constraints of the producers in rural environment.
