- The introduction of improved technologies is rising. But the technical and economical performances of these technologies are not evaluated. Manual press called ‘‘Dékanmè is one of these technologies. Results show that the uses of this press by small unity of palm oil processing have twofold advantage. Indeed, it reduces the pressing and firing times. The processing duration is 10 Man-Adults for the press against 17 for traditional
