L'Afrique doit rebondir sur le coton
- Abstract

- During the WTO Ministerial Meeting in Cancun, the four countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali and Chad) drew attention to the dramatic impacts for their populations from the subsidies of a few countries. It seems that one cannot occult these African countries any more to advance in the negotiations. It is a substantial advantage, but it is doubtful that the strategy so far has to be continued to reach the goal of correcting the shortfalls of unfair trade.
